Well Placed Apartments (WPA) are an independent holiday apartment rental company. Our business is renting out individual apartment owners properties to the holiday and leisure market. We do not own the properties and purely act as a rental agent for the owners.
Privacy Policy
Well Placed Apartments are a professional, ethical and moral company that treats all its clients’ personal information and data in a responsible and confidential manner. WPA collect the following data from our clients, name and contact details including address, telephone, fax and email as well as credit/debit card details for payment purposes only.
The data WPA collect is purely used for our own internal purposes to activate our client’s holiday bookings. The information is not shared or sold to any third party or any other organisation and is kept confidential and securely within WPA. WPA use the data purely for each individual holiday booking and this data is destroyed once the booking has been completed. WPA maintains clients email addresses on file for any future correspondence that may be necessary in relation to the booking of holiday accommodation.
WPA allows the client to choose how we correspond with them to protect the security of their data and we never publish credit/debit card details in email or over the internet at any time. All card transactions are carried out over secure networks supplied by reputable companies.
Delivery Policy
WPA will always deliver exactly what you have booked in terms of dates booked, price paid and apartment complex booked. WPA will always respond to your requests in a timely manner and by your chosen method of communication. If WPA do not deliver what you have booked then we will always provide compensation if it is deemed the fault of WPA.
Cancellation Policy
WPA understand that you may need to cancel your holiday accommodation once booked due to unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
If a booking is cancelled more than 28 days prior to booking commencement date then a full refund will be given
If a booking is cancelled between 14 – 28 days prior to booking commencement date then the 25% deposit will be charged
If a booking is cancelled between 0- 14 days prior to booking commencement date then no refund will be due of any monies paid.
