• Rentals are based on a minimum 7 night stay and we are flexible on arrival and departure days.
• Security deposit of £100.00 is taken prior to arrival to cover damage/breakages etc and will be returned after departure inspection.
• If the booking is made within eight weeks of the letting the whole of the rental payment is to be forwarded with your booking form, together with the security deposit of £200.00.
• If the booking is made prior to eight weeks of the letting a rental deposit of 25% of the rental sum is to be forwarded with your booking form. The remaining balance of the rental sum and the security deposit of £100.00 are to then due eight weeks prior to the letting.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change and that unforeseen situations arise that may affect your holiday plans and therefore we try to be as flexible as possible with cancellations. We do have to enfoce some sort of cancellation though which I am sure you will appreciate.

If you cancel 28 days or more prior to arrival date then we do not charge you any cancellation fees

If you cancel between 14 and 28 days prior to arrival date we will charge you the 25% deposit payment

If you cancel between 0 - 14 days prior to arrival date then we will charge the full amount of the agreed rental price.
