Facilities and amenities:
• Meet & Greet return transfer from airport to hotel for 200 EGP for up to 4 people.
• Meet and Greet at the apartment. (There will be an extra charge for this if the airport transfer is not taken).
• Guests will be offered a 24 hour telephone answering service.
• Guests will be offered a 24 hour call out service, which is charged at 150 EGP.
• Welcome Booklet giving all general information about the apartments & general area.
• Option of a Welcome Pack for 150 EGP (tea, coffee, water, milk, sugar, toilet rolls, biscuits & crisps). Any other products can be requested and will be delivered with the Welcome Pack and paid for on arrival.
• Option for excursions, including Quad biking, Boat trips, Snorkelling, Diving, visits to El Gouna, Hurghada & Luxor.
• Option to use the 5* all-inclusive facilities and amenities of The Old Palace Hotel next door from 7.00 a.m. till midnight for 26 euros adult, 13½ euros for children..
• Guests will be able to rent extra beds, fold up or cots.
• Food shopping trips to the new ‘Senso Mall’ can be arranged for 200 EGP return.
• The ‘Pirates’ diving school is only a short walk away and dives are made around the ‘sunken city’ in Sahl Haseesh bay.
• There is ‘The Old Palace’ Water Sports Centre next door to the Palm Beach Piazza Apart-Hotel, which has kayaking, sailing, speed boats etc.
• Calls in Egypt from UK mobiles are very expensive and you will be offered the use of a free Egyptian mobile phone. Credit from 100 EGP can be bought on arrival. The phone is to be returned on departure.
