Accommodation

A mix of 2, 3 & 4 bed contemporary holiday apartments in Akbuk, Turkey. The stylishly furnished apartments at the luxurious 5 star resort (awarded Best Development in Turkey 2008) are all spacious and well equipped, with air conditioning in all bedrooms and large terraces overlooking the pool, sun terraces and coastline. Most apartments are reached by steps up the hillside, so are not suitable for people with walking difficulties. There are some poolside apartments which are easier to access, please request at time of booking.

Rooms

Depends on apartment size as to number of bedrooms, all have at least 1 double bedroom & 1 twin bedroom, an open plan kitchen, dining table & chairs, living area with sofa and separate bathroom. Main bedroom has ensuite shower room.

Akbuk is just 15 minutes’ walk from Mandalya Gardens and is considered to be the most scenic town in the Didim and Altinkum region, and there is a superb beach and small marina with a variety of restaurants here. The main town of Altinkum with its excellent nightlife and harbour offering a variety of boat trips is just a short drive or taxi away. Bodrum airport is just 40 min drive.

On Resort

Set into the hillside overlooking the Akbuk and the Aegean, Mandalya Gardens consists of 76 high quality apartments and penthouses, grouped around a large 240 square metre swimming pool and separate children’s pool, with adjacent restaurant offering both British and Turkish cuisine, bar and minimarket. The friendly reception staff are available to help and book excursions, taxis etc.

Don't expect bright lights, discos and lots of nightlife, but do expect great food, great atmosphere and chilled beer .....
